The undersigned authorizes Work Truck Sales or assignee to investigate the credit record of the applicant(s) and to report to the proper persons and bureaus the discharge of obligations incurred if credit is granted. Applicant agrees to promptly pay and discharge all obligations owed to Work Truck Sales under any such credit advanced. Purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of said obligation including attorney fees, court costs and/or collection agency fees in the event legal action becomes necessary to collect any outstanding balance.

Purchaser also agrees that at the sellers option, the jurisdiction of any action to collect outstanding balance shall be the Superior Court or District Court of Washington for King County.
